4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

- Do not use our services for phishing, fraud, malware, or harmful activities

Clients retain ownership of their campaign content but grant edispatch CompaiPA a limited license to process and deliver such content solely for service provision.

Termination does not relieve payment obligations for services already rendered.
